1. Job-posting price
Pay-as-you-go postings are $29 each. Active employer members pay $19 per posting with a $10 monthly membership. Each posting remains live for up to 30 days. The price shown at checkout controls if it differs because of a promotion, tax, or later update.
2. Optional membership
The employer membership is $10 per month and renews automatically until canceled. Members receive the discounted posting price while the membership is active. Canceling stops future membership renewals; access continues through the paid billing period. Job-posting charges are separate one-time payments and do not renew.
3. Review and 30-day listing period
Employer submissions may be reviewed before publication. An approved posting remains live for up to 30 days unless the employer removes it, fills the position, the listing violates site rules, or Placed pauses it for safety or compliance reasons. Pausing or deleting a live posting does not extend the original period.
4. Refunds
A full refund will generally be issued when Placed rejects a paid submission before publication, cannot publish it because of a Placed technical problem, or confirms an accidental duplicate charge. Once a job has been approved and published, the posting fee is non-refundable except where required by law or where Placed determines that a service failure justifies a refund.
5. Employer changes and cancellation
Employers may edit, pause, or delete a posting through available account tools, subject to review. An employer’s decision to cancel hiring, fill the role early, change requirements, receive few applications, or hire no candidate does not create a refund right.
6. Charge disputes
Please contact support before starting a chargeback so we can investigate. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in account restrictions. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
7. Requesting a refund
Send the employer account email, company name, job title, payment date, and reason for the request to support@getplaced.us. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; timing is controlled by Stripe and the cardholder’s financial institution.
